towed your vehicle is required to complete classroom hours in reference to State Law.

Now, after September 1, 2009, wrecker drivers who tow vehicles in violation of the Texas Towing Law, Occupation Code 2308 face being arrested and jailed for a Class B or
State Jail Felony, it is highly advised that everyone who is towed from private parking lots without your permission to file these criminal charges and a complaint.

This is a legal fire lane. If a government regulation governing the marking of a fire
lane applies to a parking facility, a fire lane in the facility must be marked as provided
by the regulation. If a government regulation on the marking of a fire lane does not
apply to the parking facility, all curbs of fire lanes must be painted red and be
conspicuously and legibly marked with the warning "FIRE LANE--TOW AWAY ZONE"
