Over the past 25 years, I've received brief requests from the Texas Attorney General's Opinion Committee, that I responded, in reference towing and
vehicle storage facility issues. Testified in various House and Senate committees fighting the towing lobby and parking facility owners over reducing
their liabilities for their criminal involvement.

We promote honest and legal towing from private parking facilities, as the towing of unauthorized vehicles is a necessity, while I will agree most of
